Step 1: Check Your Passport Validity
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry into Saudi Arabia, with at least two blank pages.
Not sure if your passport is still valid? Send us a photo of the data page on WhatsApp and we will check it for you before you travel to our office.
Step 2: Digital Passport Photograph
A recent photo taken within the last 6 months with a plain white background. Religious headwear is permitted provided your full facial features are visible.
Step 3: Residency & Identity Documents
Ensure your Italian Permesso di Soggiorno (Permit of Stay) is valid, and keep your Codice Fiscale handy for our office records.
Step 4: Travel Itinerary & Nusuk Integration
We handle your verified hotel and flight bookings, and guide you through downloading the official Nusuk app for your rawdah and prayer permits.
